I recently moved to India, and feel there is an utter lack of good process design in most companies in India. I am going to attempt writing about all these issues in this blog, in the hope that someone sees this and tries to improve the situation here. I am just tired of dealing with customer service folks in India who aren't empowered enough to solve customer problems.
Is this because there is just no sense of trust in Indian organizations? or do we just not care enough to make a customer happy?
Whatever the reason is, lets see if we can improve the situation in India.
